OUR SOLUTION

A landmark office building in the heart of Newry City, 'THIRTY A' presents a fully refurbished modern office accommodation over 2 floors with a new reception and lift with extensive frontage to Kilmorey Street.

The primary goal of the marketing campaign was to position Thirty A as the preferred co-working space in Newry, increasing brand awareness, attracting new tenants, and fostering community engagement. Our approach included a combination of digital marketing strategies, including web development, social media management, branding, and marketing collateral.

Web Development

To revamp Thirty A's online presence, we focused on creating a modern, user-friendly website that showcased its unique offerings. Our web development team designed a visually appealing website with a clear layout and intuitive navigation. Key features included:

  1. Responsive design: Ensuring the website is optimised for mobile devices.

  2. Interactive floor plans: Displaying available office spaces and their features.

  3. Testimonials and case studies: Highlighting positive experiences of existing tenants.

Social Media Management

To amplify Thirty A's online presence, we established and optimised social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

The social media strategy included:

  1. Content creation: Developing engaging and relevant posts, including high-quality images showcasing the workspace and community events.

  2. Community engagement: Encouraging dialogue with potential tenants, responding to inquiries promptly, and sharing useful information about co-working trends and benefits.

  3. Paid advertising: Strategically utilising social media advertising to target potential tenants in the Newry area.
